Parking Instructions
Park at Mango Hypermarket
You will have to walk 150mtrs towards left or GEAR
International School after parking your vehicle at Mango Hypermarket.
Please look for APR RUN Entrance Arch immediately after the
boundary wall of Assets East Point Apartment.
Race Instructions
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the race start times,
there will be warm-ups prior to the run by our Race director.
There will be traffic restrictions on the INTEL Main Gate.
Hence you are requested to use the route as mentioned under PARKING.
Adarsh residents are advised not to come by cars to the
starting point as we have very limited parking.
All events will be conducted in the OPEN area near Temple
and P3 Villas Main Gate.

Ticketing: All sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Assumption of Risk & Waiver: You run entirely at your own risk. By participating, you certify you are medically fit and fully waive liability, holding APR Charitable Trust (ACT) harmless for any injury, illness, or property loss sustained during the event.
Medical Support: Ambulances and emergency staff are stationed along the route, but participation remains at your own risk.
Media Release: By registering, you grant ACT permission to use event photos or videos featuring your likeness for promotional purposes.
